The first annual Flavor! Napa Valley took place this past weekend and we were on hand for the Grand Tasting event, also known as the Appellation Trail, which was held at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone on Friday evening.
It was a star-studded event to be sure, we spotted Chef Richard Blais, Chef Scott Conant, Chef Ken Frank (La Toque), Chef Masaharu Morimoto (Morimoto Napa), Chef Michael Chiarello (Bottega), Chef Thomas Keller (French Laundry, Bouchon, Ad Hoc), Andrea Robinson and many others.
