The final weekend in July is here. Weather couldn’t be better and as always, the wine is flowing here in the Napa Valley. If you’re in town this weekend, be sure to check out the following events and tell them you heard about it on The Cork Board!

Saturday, July 30th

  • At 6:30pm the Napa Valley Museum in Yountville will host a ‘Summer Paella Party.’ For $50 per person ($45 per member) you’ll be able to enjoy paella cooked on a six-foot paella pan over oak and grapevine cuttings (courtesy of one of our favorite local restaurants, ZuZu) as you sip a glass of refreshing sangria. Call 707-944-0500 for more information

Sunday, July 31st

  • From 12pm – 4pm Viader will host its ‘Fall Estate Release Party’ at the winery in Deer Park. For $35 per person (free for wine club members) you’ll be able to taste new releases including the VIADER Proprietary Cabernet Blend, “V” Petit Verdot Blend and VIADER Estate Limited Edition or “Black Label,” paired with light BBQ fare. Call 707-963-3816 for details
  • From 2pm – 5pm the ‘Napa Porchfest’ event will take place. Napa Porchfest is a self-guided festival of live music performed by 120 musicians in over 40 groups on porches in some of the city’s most picturesque neighborhoods, including Alta Heights, Fuller Park, Old West Napa and the Alphabet Streets. The event is free and you should call 707-255-1836 to get all the details
