A long weekend is nearly here, which means there will be a ton happening in these parts.

Personally, we’ll be breaking out the grill as well as some red and white wines.

If your travels will bring you to the Napa Valley, do yourself a favor and check out the following events.

Friday, May 27th

  • Way back in March we told you about the soft launch of Velo Vino, a new tasting room in St. Helena pouring the wines of Clif Family Winery. From 5pm – 9pm the venue will hold its official grand opening, which should be a great time. An RSVP is required and can be made by calling 707-968-0625

Saturday, May 28th and Sunday, May 29th

  • This weekend will see the kick-off of the St. Helena Family Film Festival, which will include several days of activities in and near St. Helena for families and kids of all ages. There will be an emphasis on imagination, stories, and film. Costs and times vary–visit the website linked above or call 707-963-3946 for details
  • From 11am – 5pm the Napa Valley Wine Passport weekend will take place with four participating wineries. For $50 per person ($40 advanced purchase) you’ll be able to enjoy food and wine pairings, unique experiences and live music at Stags Leap Vineyards, Etude Wines, St. Clement Vineyards, and Beringer Vineyards. Call 877-847-0058 for more information

Enjoy it everyone!
