Chef Thomas Keller’s Bouchon in Yountville will host its first-ever cooking class on Tuesday, December 21st.
The class, “Reveillon – A Christmas Eve Feast,” will be lead by Bouchon’s Chef de Cuisine Phil Tessier and will feature a traditional French four-course holiday menu. For $175 per person (all-inclusive and limited to 15 total participants). Attendees will be able to decorate their own “Bouche de Noel” and then enjoy a sit down meal with wine pairing of the four-course meal.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group’s scholarship fund and to see if you can still reserve a spot you need to call 707-944-8037 before Monday, December 20.
