As Summer winds down and much of the valley’s focus has turned to the annual wine grape harvest, Bardessono and Hill Family Estate are gearing up for an event focused on another fruit.

The 2nd Annual ‘Tomatoville’ celebration will take place September 10th – 12th at Bardessono in Yountville. The three day event will be highlighted by a Build your own BLT and Tomato Tasting on Saturday, September 11th. The tasting will feature over thirty varieties of heirloom tomatoes and artisanal bacon, a Burrata station, freshly-baked breads, garden-grown basil and a boutique salt tasting. In addition, Hill Family Estate wines will be poured to pair with the food.
