A warm weekend is almost here.

If you’re planning to be in our neck of the woods we’ve got three distinct events that should each be good fun in their own right. Check ‘em out…

Saturday, June 12th

  • From 9am – 1pm the 8th Annual Walk Through the Vineyards fundraiser will be put on by the Bay Area affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. Costs range from $15 – $35, which will get you access to Charles Krug Winery for a walk through the vineyards, breakfast, music, a wine bottle ring toss game, wine tasting and a silent auction. Call 415-543-3549 for additional details
  • From 9:30am – 11:30am at Bardessono in Yountville there will be a class for all you foodies who want to learn how to plant a culinary garden. For $20 per person you’ll learn a variety of ways to deal with pests, how to inspect for signs of disease and stress in your garden and what to do to prevent and treat. Call 707-204-6030 for more information or plan to meet Noel in the hotel lobby
  • From 2pm – 6pm Girard Winery in Yountville will host a ‘Paella-palooza’ event for all comers. For $20 per person (free for wine club members) you’ll be able to enjoy paella, a variety of wines and a live flamenco band. Call 707-968-9297 x18 for all the details

Cheers everyone!
