Downtown St. Helena’s newest addition: Sogni Di Dolci Cafe

by TrevR on December 14, 2009

As we passed through St. Helena last week we noticed some new construction taking place on the East side of Main Street right next door to one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the valley…

Sogni Di Dolci sign

According to the posted sign, Sogni Di Dolci will become Villa Corona’s newest next door neighbor at some point this Fall (which contradicts the ‘coming this summer’ noted posted on the website at the time of this writing).

The establishment, which is owned and will be operated by John Lockwood, will be a traditional Italian/European style cafe, serving up Italian-style espresso, gelato and panini. According to City of St. Helena Planning Commission documents from November of last year the cafe will have room for 17 seats inside.

Look out for Sogni di Dolci at 1142 Main Street in St. Helena at some point soon.
