It was approximately one-year ago when Chef Michael Chiarello opened Bottega, his latest Italian restaurant located smack-dab in the heart of Yountville.
To celebrate the anniversary, Chiarello has cooked up a special menu that will be available for one-weekly only starting on 12/7.
Diners visiting the restaurant during the week of December 7th will have the option to enjoy a five-course truffle dinner and Italian wine pairing (the regular dinner menu will also be available as usual).
Each night of the week, Chef Chiarello will create a truffle-themed tasting menu as well as a la carte truffle dishes using the very rare Tartufo Bianco di Alba, or white truffles of Alba, which are found in the countryside of northern Italy’s Piedmont region in the late fall.
The five-course menu is $95 per person and $35 per person for the Italian wine pairing. Here’s a sample menu:
