We recently caught up with Amelia Ceja, owner and president of Ceja Vineyards, at an event at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.
Amelia had just returned from a visit to Hong Kong (not coincidentally, the topic of the event we were at), where she told us she found amazing world cuisine, which is the “…reason that Ceja Vineyards wants to be there before most everyone else is there.” In explaining the opportunity for Napa Valley vintners, she noted that Hong Kong is “…the gateway to all of Asia, which is not just mainland China, but India, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, etc.”
