We recently dined at Chef Michael Chiarello’s newest restaurant, Bottega, and were lucky enough to be able to sit down and chat with him for a few minutes following our meal.
Given the recent buzz around his participation in the upcoming Bravo TV series “Top Chef Masters” , we asked Chiarello to share a few thoughts on what’s next for him in terms of television (see what he had to say in the video embedded below).
