We recently dined at Chef Michael Chiarello’s newest restaurant, Bottega, and were lucky enough to be able to sit down and chat with him for a few minutes following our meal.

Given the recent buzz around his participation in the upcoming Bravo TV series “Top Chef Masters” , we asked Chiarello to share a few thoughts on what’s next for him in terms of television (see what he had to say in the video embedded below).

Rest assured, we asked him all kinds of questions about Bottega–the current and future menu, how the wine program is working out and beyond. Stay tuned for the next video installment for all that and a whole lot more.
