Kara’s Cupcakes officially opens for business at Oxbow
This morning Oxbow Public Market celebrated the opening of its newest tenant–Kara’s Cupcakes, which is located at the south end of the market just across the way from Oxbow Produce and Grocery.

The business, which is the vision of executive pastry chef Kara Lind, already has two locations in San Francisco and one each in Palo Alto and San Jose. We snapped a few photos of Kara and her crew this morning as they welcomed their very first customers–it was nice to see quite a long line as the opening approached.
