Thursday is here again and that means only one thing–the weekend is just around the corner! We’ve got a couple events that may be worth checking out this weekend–the weather should be ideal.
Saturday, January 17th
- St. Supéry Vineyards & Winery will host a cooking demonstration and tasting conducted by winery chef, Ron Barber. This session will focus on the techniques of using wine to enhance the flavor of foods. From 2pm – 3pm you’ll have the demo, followed by a tasting of the winery’s estate-grown wines and the featured recipe. Reservations are required and the cost is $35 per person. - As we mentioned earlier this week, Idol Napa Valley 2009 will return to the Napa Valley Opera House for the first of five competitive rounds beginning at 8pm. Cost is $18 per adult, $12 per student. Call 707-226-7372 for more information
