This is a question that is quite the hot topic in-and-around the Napa Valley and beyond. It’s also a question we asked Chef Michael Chiarello personally when we sat down with him a few weeks back–and at the time, he was somewhat noncommittal, stating that his latest culinary venture would open at some point this fall.
Meanwhile, construction continues to progress as you can see from the photos below. We snapped these during the tour the Chiarello’s gave to guests at their bi-annual harvest party this past weekend.
So, how’s this for burying the lead? Chiarello told attendees the target date for Bottega’s grand opening is December 3rd (count us among those who are waiting with baited breath).
