As you know, we’ve recently had some issues with image uploading here on the blog. In the meantime, our friends at Spring Mountain Vineyard have been busily working through the 2008 harvest and have been kind enough to share a few photos with us along the way.
Below are three shots from the very beginning of harvest–back on the first of the month. Certainly things have progressed since then and we’ll be bringing you additional images later this week.
The shot below is of Spring Mountain Vineyards’ Sauvignon Blanc going into the press back on September 1st
After the fruit is pressed, it turns into juice–as you can see in the image below
