in Interviews

Last week the Uncork29 team paid a visit to NapaStyle in Yountville for a meeting with none other than Michael Chiarello.

In addition to answering our questions about how he originally came to the Napa Valley, NapaStyle and of course his to-be-launched Bottega Ristorante in Yountville, Chiarello also answered a few fun questions for us. Check it out:

Stay tuned for additional details on our interview–up next you’ll see Chiarello discuss the wine program being planned for Bottega.

Who or what inspires me? Micheal Chiarello! When I was considering leaving the music industry for the food industry, his shows and books were the inspiration for my jump.

When I’m done with cooking school, I’ll be back to California to teach wine classes and start my wine and culinary tour company that celebrates the very producers he speaks of in the interview.

Thanks for the video.

My girlfriends and I stopped by the new Napa Style this weekend and had a great time. Jeff Dennis was working the tasting bar, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. We tasted some nice wines and he had recommendations on other places to visit. A great place to start your wine tasting tour.
