Happy New Year!

Well, believe it or not, another year has come and gone. For us, 2007 was quite memorable and exhausting. It started with the launch of this here blog in late February and then saw a new addition to the Cork Board family in mid-August…but like all good things, the year must come to an end.

Driving around the Napa Valley recently, we thought the following photos offered a great bit of symbolism for the end of the year–these vines have served their purpose and are soon to be replaced with new, younger, fresher vines that will undoubtedly provide amazing fruit in the years to come. This is a pretty common sight in these parts right now–it’s out with the old, in with the new…
