It’s Thursday and the weekend cannot get here soon enough! Here are a couple events taking place this weekend in the valley that you might want to check out.
Friday, December 7
Peju Province Winery will host its First Annual Tree Lighting Celebration from 6pm – 7:30pm at 8466 St. Helena Highway in Rutherford. Not only will you get to enjoy the scene when Peju lights up the 50-foot copper roof and 40-plus Sycamore trees with some 2,500 feet of twinkling lights that require a 30,000-pound boom lift to string into place, but you’ll also be treated to wine tastings of Peju Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Provence and Carnival paired with festive hors d’oeuvres. Saturday, December 8
- Napa County Landmarks will present its 19th annual Candlelight Tour from 2pm – 7pm. The tour provides an opportunity to tour period homes in the Napa Abajo/Fuller Park National Historic Register District and its immediate vicinity.
