Another weekend full of wine country events awaits you…
Saturday, June 2
- Raymond Vineyards will be releasing a Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, wines that are perfect to drink on a warm lazy day. Its 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon will also be paired alongside cheeses and chocolates, sure to enhance the flavors of these wines. Enjoy these treats on the winery’s patio while live music plays on. 10 am – 4pm at 849 Zinfandel Lane, St. Helena. (800) 525-2659. Cost: $20 for Club Members and $25 for General Public
Sunday, June 3
ZD Wines will be releasing its 2006 Rosa Lee Sauvignon Blanc with fresh Hog Island Oysters and lively entertainment. What a way to spend the day! 12 – 4pm at 8383 Silverado Trail, Napa. (800) 487-7757. Cost: $20 per person.
- Copia will be hosting an interactive cooking demo with light lunch and wine. Dubbed “You Grill, Girl!” the event will be hosted by Director of Culinary Programs Jacquelyn Buchanan and Director of Operations and “Grillmeister” Art Ferretti who promise to deliver their unique insights into types of grills and great grilled meals that have a distinctly feminine touch (think vegetable antipasto, soy ginger marinated salmon with soba noodle salad and stone fruit sundaes). 1pm - 3pm at 500 First Street, Napa. (888) 512-6742. Cost: $25 for members, $35 (includes admission) for non-members
Enjoy!
