Elizabeth Spencer Wines
Makes Chardonnay with lemony notes, minerality and minimal evidence of oak. Pinot Noir with aromatics, both dark and red fruits, earthiness and, sometimes, that rare and wonderful orange peel quality. Syrah with intense blue-black color and Cabernet Sauvignon that is ripe but not overly ripe, rich, fruity and full.
