Cafaro Cellars
Joe Cafaro, an established Napa Valley winemaker, founded Cafaro Cellars in 1986. Cafaro Cellars sources its grapes from the Cafaro Family Vineyard just south of the Stags Leap Appellation in the eastern hills 400 feet above the Silverado Trail. Cafaro produces elegant and complex Merlot, assertive Cabernet Sauvignon and powerful Syrah. Production is only 3000 cases annually.
