Blessing in Disguise

I admit the only reason we ended up at Grace's Table was because Norman Rose Tavern had a 45 minute wait. Which turned out to be a blessing, because we all really enjoyed our meals.
At first glance, the menu seemed a little thin and the prices a little high. A lot of the entrees had a decidedly different spin on basic comfort foods. We got a glance of other diners' meals, and the portions did seem tiny.
Our impressions changed once the meals were served, however. Everyone raved about how good everything tasted. The ingredients were fresh, and meats were cooked perfectly.
The service was fast, attentive, and polite
