Formerly known as Brix, the restaurant features a daily-changing, farm-to-table menu drawn from the restaurantâ€™s extensive gardens and traditions of the winemaking regions of Southern France and Northern Italy. The restaurant features a wine list of some 800 bottles, including hard-to-find bottlings.
