I had lunch at Annalien recently and walked away feeling like I had an "ok" meal. That would usually work for me, but since Annalien is Zagat and Michelin rated, I was a little disappointed.

We ordered their 1142 Curry, Shrimp Spring Rolls, Van Tau Salmon, and Asian Style Green Beans. The serving size was pretty decent. The flavor fell a little short. The curry was bland as curry dishes go and there was nothing out of the ordinary with how the green beans were prepared. The salmon was pretty flavorful.

I would go there again, but would have much more realistic expectations.
