we just recedntly stayed at 1801 first and would go back in a heartbeat. The staff was friendly, the other guests were very pleasent to be around, our room was incredible, and it was the perfect distance from fine restaurants so we could walk. Breakfast was delicious and the senery was very relaxing and peaceful. We cannot wait to go back one day.

My wife and I have been to the 1801 about 10 times. Each time we were treated as special friends. Their rooms are very nice and offer a great place to stay. Nightly wine tasting by the staff and weekend wine tasting by Napa Wineries is a nice touch. Chocolate chip cookies are available every day and are a nice treat before turning in. Breakfasts are always tasty and hit the spot. They always make all your reservations for you for wine tasting and dining out. I consider the owners and staff good friends. -The Taylors
